Coffin from the manufacturer
The funeral director sources the RIP-certified coffin as usual, directly from the manufacturer. The RIP-Tag is integrated at the factory. No retrofitting. No extra effort. Digitally connected from the very first moment.
Activate via app
With a quick NFC tap the funeral director activates the coffin and links it to the case in RIP App Business. From this moment, location, status and progress are tracked automatically. Without any further action.
Transparent at every step
Funeral directors, crematoria and, if desired, family members can see at any time where the coffin is and which stage of the process is currently active. Clear, calm, without questions. Certainty replaces phone calls.
Transfer to ashes
At the crematorium the NFC tag is removed from the coffin and transferred to the urn. This ensures the digital identity is maintained throughout. From the very first moment to the burial.
Burial
Before burial the tag is removed and returned to the material cycle. At the same moment the location of the grave is recorded to within a few centimetres and stored permanently. So the place of remembrance remains findable. Even years later, across generations.
Families & remembrance
Through RIP App a unique ecosystem around remembrance is created for families. From physical keepsakes to digital memorial spaces. Grief has a place where it can evolve. Private, dignified and designed to last.
